01What we collect
- When you book a shoot: your name, email, phone number, the shoot address, the date and time you choose, and any notes you write. When you request a website quote: your name, phone, email, type of business and what you tell us about your project.
- Basic technical data needed to protect the booking form from abuse (a one-way hash of your IP address and request counts).
02How we use it
- To schedule, confirm and deliver your shoot, and to contact you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- To calculate drive time between shoots. Addresses are sent to Google Maps Platform for this purpose.
- To send your finished videos. We share them through a Google Drive link that only people with the link can open.
- To keep our own business and accounting records.
We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with anyone except the services listed here that help us run the business.
03Services we use
- Hostinger (website hosting, database and email).
- Google Maps Platform (address search and drive times).
- Google Drive (storing and delivering finished videos).
- Cloudflare (delivering the website securely and quickly).
04Google user data
Our private admin panel can connect to the ADP Visuals Google Drive account to upload finished videos for delivery. It asks only for the drive.file permission, which lets it see and manage only the files and folders the panel itself creates. It never reads other files in the Drive. That data is used only to deliver videos to our clients, is never sold or used for advertising, and is never shared with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
05How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed for your project and for our tax and accounting records. Delivered videos are deleted from our storage 90 days after delivery. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
