01Bookings
You can book online, by phone, text or Instagram. An online booking holds your date and time; we confirm it and send your quote within 24 hours. Prices are quoted per project. A booking is final once we confirm it.
02Payment
- Real estate (listing videos, drone, closings): no deposit. Payment is due within 7 days of delivery.
- Weddings, events, music videos, personal branding and business videos: a 50% deposit reserves your date. The balance is due on delivery, within 7 days.
- We accept Zelle, cash, card and check.
03Changes and cancellations
- You can move or cancel your booking online, for free, up to 48 hours before the shoot (up to 2 date changes), using the link in your confirmation email.
- Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice: 50% of the quoted price.
- No-show, or the property or venue is not ready or accessible 15 minutes after the scheduled time: 100% of the quoted price.
- For weddings and events, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 30 days before the date.
- Rain, strong wind or airspace restrictions that affect filming or drone flights: we reschedule for free.
- If we have to cancel, you choose a new date or get a full refund of anything you paid.
04Delivery and revisions
- Real estate videos are usually delivered in 2–3 business days. Delivery times for larger projects are set in your quote.
- Two rounds of revisions are included. Request them within 7 days of delivery; after that the video is considered approved.
- Additional rounds of small changes (text, trims, music swap): $35 each. Major re-edits are quoted by the hour. Rush delivery within 24 hours: +30%.
- Files are delivered through a private link and stay available for 90 days after delivery. Please download and keep a copy; after that period they are deleted from our storage.
05How you can use the videos
- Once paid, you may use the videos to promote the property, event or business they were made for: social media, websites, MLS, email and presentations.
- ADP Visuals keeps the copyright and may show the work in its portfolio and social media. If you prefer we don't, tell us in writing before the shoot.
- Music: trending songs for Reels and TikTok should be added inside each app when you post. If you plan to use a video in paid ads or on TV, tell us before production so we can clear the music.
06Drone flights
Drone flights follow FAA rules. Airspace restrictions, weather or safety conditions may limit or prevent a flight; when that happens we reschedule or adjust the price of that part.
07Your responsibilities
- Make sure we can access the property or venue at the scheduled time, that it is ready to film, and that you have permission to film there.
- Let people who will appear on camera know they are being filmed.
08Website projects
- Web design is quoted per project. A 50% payment starts the work and the other 50% is due at launch.
- Two rounds of changes are included; extra changes are quoted by the hour.
- You provide your texts, photos and logo (or we quote creating them). Paid third-party services, like premium fonts, plugins or booking tools, are billed at cost.
- The domain is always registered in your name. Once the project is fully paid, the website is yours.
- Hosting and maintenance are an optional monthly plan. You can cancel with 30 days' notice; we then give you your site's files.
09Limitation of liability
If something goes wrong on our side (for example, equipment failure or lost footage), our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or delays.
10General
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina. A signed contract for a specific project takes precedence over these terms. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you booked applies to your booking. Questions: [email protected] or (919) 264-3837.
