Questions
How long does a listing shoot take?
Plan on about two hours on site for a typical home. Larger homes or shoots with the agent on camera take longer; we confirm timing with your quote.
Should the home be staged before the shoot?
Yes. Film shows everything, so the home should be clean, decluttered and staged the way you want buyers to see it. Turn on every light before we arrive.
Can you film vacant homes and new construction?
Yes. Vacant homes and new builds film well, especially with dusk exteriors and drone to show the lot and the neighborhood.
